The sports complex contains the Todoroki Stadium, which is the home to the professional soccer team J1 Frontale, an arena, tennis courts, a ball park(Under construction), and a football court Todoroki Park also is a suitable place for recreational activities such as watching art exhibits, fishing, and flower viewing.

One of the top professional soccer teams in the J1 League is Kawasaki Frontale. You can see a large number of local fans who are wearing a bright sky blue color jersey to cheer up the players in the stadium.
The circuit of the hiking tour takes about 3 hours. If you carry your “shikishi (colored paper)” and ask to bear an original red seal of each temple, you will have a “good-fortuned shikishi” at the end of tour!
Sumiyoshi Cherry Blossom
About 250 cherry trees in the 2-km path bloom at the best time of the blooming season, from the end of March to the beginning of April each year. A cherry blossom festival is also held during this season.

Kizuki, Nakahara-ku(Shibukawa riverfront)
Know as Kawasaki Manga Temple, the walls and sliding doors of its main hall are decorated with caricature murals.
This park was opened in 1983 in dedication to everlasting peace. There are bronze statues symbolized as our desire for peace throughout the park. The Nakahara Peace Museum, which is located in the premise of the park, displays photos and records of Kawasaki during World War II and the aftermath. A bomb shelter has been preserved in the museum to experience. The park is also well known for its spectacular place where flowers of some sort are always blooming whatever the season.
