It has been a year since I came to Japan, and this is the first time for me to go sightseeing in Kawasaki City. Today is the day for me to visit different places and to experience new things.
There were recreated marionettes from 200 years ago.

Who thought there would be a real hot spring in a place like this!

- Shiraku-no-yu
- The water here is drew from a 100% natural hot spring 1,300 meters underground.
It gives you the feeling of a hot spring that’s in the middle of a mountain.
Getting off two stations at on the Nanbu Line, it’s about a 6 minutes on foot from JR Yako Station

- Tsukiji Sushi Kawasaki Nikko Hotel Branch
- Using fresh, seasonal fish sent directly from Tsukiji market, and the sushi is made in the traditional way resulting in a taste created by a master.
It’s about a 1-minute walk from JR Kawasaki Station, located on the first underground floor of the Kawasaki Nikko Hotel.

They entertain the tourists with the pleasant, rhythmic sounds of “ton toko ton ton” to make candies.
There are stores where you can by traditional Japanese dolls, Daruma dolls, which are used for when you wish for something.


- Kawasaki Daishi
- There is a temple famous for Yakuyoke (warding off bad luck). You can visit the temple and pray for traffic safety or for future success.
From the Keikyu Kawasaki station, change to the Daishi Line and get off at Kawasaki Daishi Station. It is an 8-minute walk to the temple.
